This policy covers retail food orders placed through the My Mark 61 Cattle Co. website for pickup in Prairie View, Texas.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If we can stop the order before we begin preparing or packing it, we’ll cancel it and refund the affected items in full. Once preparation or packing has begun, we generally can’t accept cancellations for a change of mind. We’ll confirm what we can do when you contact us.
Pickup
Pick up your order during the window we confirm with you at 21212 FM 1098, Prairie View, TX 77446. If you can’t make it, call us as soon as possible so we can review your options. Bring a cooler or insulated bag and keep refrigerated or frozen items cold on the way home.
Perishable food and order problems
For food safety, we don’t accept routine returns or exchanges of perishable food after pickup. If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, or you have a quality or safety concern, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of pickup. If you suspect food is unsafe, do not eat it. Include your order number, the item name, and a photo of the packaging or label if you can take one safely. We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or refund for the affected item as appropriate.
If we can’t fill your order
If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you. We’ll substitute an item only with your agreement. If we can’t fulfill the order or you decline the substitute, we’ll refund the unfulfilled items.
How refunds are issued
We issue approved refunds to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears on your statement.
Custom and recurring orders
Whole or half carcass orders, custom processing, wholesale orders, and weekly boxes may have separate cancellation and deposit terms. We’ll provide any applicable terms in writing before you commit or pay.
