Curated weekly meat boxes bring together ground beef, steaks, a roast or specialty cut, and bones for broth. Review the plans below and contact our team to discuss availability and arrange your weekly order.

Designed for 4–5 individual meals plus a bone-broth base.
$150 / week
Designed for 8–10 meals across two adults or a small household.
$250 / week
Designed for family dinners, a steak night, a slow-cooker meal and extra bones for broth.
Weekly boxes are arranged directly with our team through an order inquiry. We will confirm the current selection, availability and fulfillment details with you.

Getting your order
Collect your order from our retail space at 21212 FM 1098, Prairie View, Texas 77446. Contact us to arrange your pickup.
Retail hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Central.
You can also purchase products at our scheduled farmers’ markets.

Yes. The custom cut sheet covers preferences such as steak thickness, roasts, and packaging. Whole and half carcass orders require a deposit when the completed cut sheet is submitted.
Yes. Contact us to discuss custom butchery, branded labeling, and processing. Finished goods can be prepared for scheduled client pickup or an agreed delivery schedule.
